RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you have a product to return or exchange, we’ve got you covered. Any new, unused and unaltered items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund at any time. All other requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All returns or exchanges must be approved. Follow these simple steps to get your return started:
1.) Fill out the form (found here) to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and enter one of the following on the message line along with a brief explaination:
- Full Product Refund
- Not 100% Happy
When your request is approved we will contact you with your RMA number.
2.) To receive a Full Product Refund make sure the product is in it’s original packaging in NEW condition, NEVER used or DAMAGED in any way.
3.) All Afflictor products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufactures defects and workmanship. If you have any product you feel meets this criteria fill out the form on this page. Make sure to provide us as much information as possible in the notes area so that we may determine cause of the issue. Once inspected, we will reach out to you to discuss refund or exchange of the product.
4.) Not 100% happy with the performance or it did not fully meet your expectations? No problem.
Return the product for an in-house credit or product exchange. Any other requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Note: We will not warranty, refund, or exchange any product that was used in zero penetration testing, or in any means other than the generally accepted use of a broadhead.

- When you receive the email from Afflictor Broadheads customer care please print TWO RMA return label forms and place one (1) inside your shipment and two (2) use as your return label. Simply tape the RMA form to your return.
- Ship the product back to Afflictor Broadheads as soon as possible in order to prevent a delay with your return request. Please include the return number (RMA) with your shipment. Below is the correct address to mail your return to. An email will also be sent to you once the form has been submitted with the address and RMA number in case you misplace or write the information down incorrectly.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it arrives at our location. You’ll receive confirmation that your return is being processed.
